for mandates. Vaccines are a STATE level issue. Your state rep votes based on
whatever his or her stance is on vaccines in the Senate. Trump knows this and is
playing on the emotions of those of you who do not. The POTUS does not make
laws. Your state reps vote in the senate..the bill goes to congress. Congress
takes a vote and the POTUS signs the bill and it then becomes law.
