Whooping Cough Whooping Cough petrochemical causation
Whooping Cough epidemic / Petrochemical causation

Here's my environmental argument for Colorado counties,
comparing 2011 stats against 2012 stats.
All affected counties (with significant pertussis incidence) are near
petrochemical industy.
Those counties were affected during 2011 and 2012, with substantial
pertussis incidence.
Much greater incidence occurred during 2012, thus DOH announced "epidemic"
during the summer of 2012.
Age group case distribution is the same for both 2011 and 2012, i.e.,
infants are miners' canaries (especially pharm'd infants).
Wind direction is not a factor, being similarly non-directional (thus air
stasis, pollution buildup) during both 2011 and 2012 spring/summers.
Wind speed is not a factor, being similar during both 2011 and 2012
spring/summers.
TEMPERATURE is the critical factor, being an ALL-TIME RECORD HIGH (since
1962) during 2012, for months:
March (2nd warmest), April (7th warmest), May (warm, 2 days were record
high),
June (warmest ever), July (warmest ever), and August (warmest ever).
Generally, temperatures corresponded with epidemic incidence,
because temperature defeats exhaust convection from refineries, fracking and
vehicles.
