Male Sexual Problems
by Sam Biser & Richard Shulze, N.D., M.H.
Excerpted from the book: Eternal Sex by Sam Biser, Featuring Dr Richard Schulze, Medical Herbalist-
What does it take to satisfy a woman?
Here's what women say, and this is women from the top of corporate and social ladder to the yoga instructors and housewives. What they wanted took only two words:
"HARDER, LONGER."
When you ask women what they mean by "harder", they all said, "like steel, like granite."
And when you ask women what they mean by "longer", they'll tell you that they'll settle - if they have to - for a minimum of 20-30 minutes, but they really want an hour or more!
This is what women said was the bottom line in lovemaking.
But what were they getting? Husbands who rested on top of them, as Richard Schulze calls it, "like a landed whale", ejaculated in 3-5 minutes, then rolled over, and said to their wives, "Did you have a good time, too?"
Even the men patients weren't happy with their own sexual abilities. Many men told Dr. Schulze that they have erections, and then they have an ejaculation because the semen comes out, but that they didn't feel anything.
A man can do all the mental tricks he wants, to keep from ejaculating, but no mental activity will give him a hard penis if the energy and blood isn't there.
In this chapter, you will learn the methods Dr. Schulze used to cause one impotent man who was a 30-second guy to last for three hours and ejaculate with force 8 times. You will learn about herbal tinctures so strong that Dr. Schulze himself said they made him erect for 5-6 hours at a time.
Men who use the knowledge in this report will have no competition.
Why men have premature ejaculation, and how to cure it.
BISER: Well, Richard, with premature ejaculation, isn't the body trying to short circuit the man saying, in effect, "You don't have the health or the energy, so we're going to terminate this whole process. "
SCHULZE: Absolutely. And if any men who are reading this wonder what's next, what's next is no erection at all.
BISER: Or what's next is, the body is protecting him from a heart attack.
SCHULZE: This is why in natural healing, when a patient comes to you and says, "I have premature ejaculation, I can't get an erection, or, "I'm non-orgasmic, or I'm infertile," this is why I always replied, "Wonderful", because I know that the body is doing this to protect this person. If they were to have sex for 45 or 50 minutes, they'd probably have a case of angina pectoris or die of a heart attack, like you said.
You know, most of my men patients would come in and they would think that they could not exercise at all, but once or twice a month they could do 45 minutes of aerobic exercise (sex), then wonder why they felt so horrible afterwards.
"You have to be in shape to have sex. It's a physical activity, and if it's the only one you do, you're probably not going to be very good at it."
BISER: That's a good one, if it's "the only exercise you do. "
SCHULZE: Well, a lot of older men, they expect to sit in their chair and read the newspaper and go to work and punch a computer and then a couple of times a month, do six hundred push-ups. Okay, it doesn't work that way. What I would hear from the women, I'd say, "Well, what's wrong with sex?", and they'd go, "My husband was lying on top of me for a half hour - I couldn't breathe!"
That's because the men can't do six hundred push-ups anymore, so
they end up just, you know, lying like a beached whale on top of their wife;
their wife can't breathe and they're wondering, like, "Why honey, didn't you
have a good time?"
BISER: What did you use to get the men going sexually?
SCHULZE: I used garlic and damiana as a foundation, and we'll talk more about garlic later. But to get a man going, I used short-term doses of Yohimbe. It's a tree that grows in Africa, and it's quite famous throughout Africa but now throughout the world, as a male-stimulating herb. It is not only sexually stimulating, but strength-enhancing. In fact, it's used by weight lifters and bodybuilders all over the world.
I have had many patients who have had excellent results with stimulating their sexuality with Yohimbe. But long-term doses of Yohimbe are toxic to some degree. So it should be used with caution. If you are using a large dose, use it for a shorter time. If you are using smaller doses, or as part of a formula, two to three months is okay.
I've always suggested that my patients use it for a week or two in a dosage of a dropperful three times a day of the Yohimbe.
I had a younger guy, early forties, I'm going to say 41 years old, in the entertainment industry. The more he worked, the more he let his foundational program skip. He was married. His wife could not get pregnant and there was nothing wrong with her.
He had a low sperm count, deformed sperm. And then, within a year after that, he couldn't even get an erection any more. I asked him all the basic questions - "Was he happily married?, Did he love his wife?, Did he find her sexually stimulating?"
He said he found his wife sexually stimulating along with half the women he was working with - but the bottom line was that nothing was working.
So he became a very good patient and did everything, but no matter what, he still couldn't get an erection. He was eating well. Did the juices. Lowered his stress level. Everything. But couldn't even get an erection looking at erotic films or anything. It was just dead.
He actually had gone to a Chinese doctor and they had prescribed penises and testicles of animals, but he thought that was disgusting and decided not to do it and I don't blame him.
So, he came to me and we started in with the ginseng, the damiana, and even at first to really drive it, we used the Yohimbe for a couple of weeks. Within a little over a week, I'm going to say 10 days, he woke up in the morning, which is sometimes the first sign, and had a gigantic erection, which he was very excited about and so was his wife, and he decided not to take any chances and had sex with his wife immediately...
BISER: Before it went off.
SCHULZE: Yes. The problem he had is that he went to work that day, and in the middle of work, while he was working, he had an erection.
In fact, he said he had an erection at every woman he looked at, no matter what they looked like. And so he called me up on the phone a couple of times during the day, and at night I got the message, and he wanted to know how to turn it off.
I said, "Well, let's not turn it off. We'll just lower the dosages a little bit. So we stopped the Yohimbe, stayed with the ginseng, the damiana, the garlic, and for days, he had a problem with too many erections. That's because we started very strong with him, but slowed it down, and it was all he needed. It was that spark, that turn-on.
Many times, we need to use herbs to let the body remember how it's supposed to function. That's what echinacea does - it slaps the immunity and wakes it up. That's what these herbs do. They excite the sexual organs and wake them back up.
"Wild ginseng is graded on its ability to produce erections."
BISER: What herbs are best for exciting men and waking them up?
SCHULZE: One of the herbs I found to be extremely effective is Panax quinquefolium - American wild ginseng. What men experience from using ginseng is a lot of erections. And especially with good quality panax ginseng. That's the problem today, is that it's hard to get a hold of good quality ginseng root.
BISER: . . .so what the men are taking is not good ginseng?
SCHULZE: No, in fact, we've talked about the ginseng adulteration, and even if the ginseng isn't adulterated, the majority of the ginseng products and ginseng root available today is cultivated. And the cultivated is much weaker. The cultivated ginseng is not...
BISER: ... doesn't have a vitality in it.
SCHULZE: ...doesn't have it. Wild American ginseng is very good, or any real wild ginseng, noncultivated root is what you need. It is proven with myself personally, and many patients, to be a very good sexual stimulant because it's a great strengthener. Of course, there are a lot of things about ginseng that we do not know or understand or haven't analyzed to date. But it's a prized herb throughout the world.
BISER: How much does the good stuff cost?
SCHULZE: It depends on the quality that you are getting, but the highest I've seen was at $4,800 per pound retail.
BISER: And the junk like they tried to sell the public?
SCHULZE: You can get junk ginseng, like broken pieces of cultivated roots, for $3 and $4 a pound.
BISER: That's isn't going to produce erections?
SCHULZE: No, it isn't. It's just not going to work. So you have to have a great quality of ginseng. and since it's one of the most demanded herbs around the whole planet, it's hard to get the good stuff. We'll talk more about that later.
Ginseng is one of the main things I put in my male formula. It's the largest proportioned herb, it's 25% of the formula I will give to your readers. Yes, I've used it myself. That's how I got myself into erection trouble.
I made some ginseng tincture, and I thought, this is just rich, it is so good, so I poured myself an ounce bottle and I set it on the kitchen cupboard. I can still remember this! I woke up in the morning, took a couple of dropperfuls, did a couple of dropperfuls for about the next two or three hours and the next thing...
I went over to the counter - this is graphic - to get the bottle and kind of rested my groin against the edge of the counter, and just by resting against the counter, I got an erection. And I thought, "Well, this is interesting, you know, my body wants to have sex with a kitchen counter." And, that was great, except that erection didn't go away for about the next five hours, which I hadn't experienced since I was thirteen years old, to be quite honest.
When I was thirteen, I remember the bell would ring to go to another class and I would have to hold my notebook over my crotch because I just had a constant boner. And it didn't go away for about five hours and I was just sitting at my desk writing latin names of verbs with an erection.

"And so, from that morning in the clinic, I really learned why ginseng is the most talked-about herb in China"
SCHULZE: You ask the Chinese or anybody, and they say in mild terms, "Well, it's a strengthener." I tell you straight: It gives you a boner, okay. And this is why it's the most talked about, most popular...
BISER: But everybody covers that up with nice words...
SCHULZE: Oh, they go, "Well, it's a male chi tonic." No - it's a male penis hardener. And that's why people have killed each other for it. And that's why you can hardly find wild ginseng in China anymore. It's almost extinct in China; they picked it out of the ground.
And who picked it out of the ground? Men picked it out of the ground. And it wasn't because it was a chi tonic, and it wasn't because it made you feel better and you had less colds. It was because it made your penis bigger, harder, and last longer. That's the bottom line.
I went down to Chinatown to get some ginseng. There's this one Chinese store that sells some Blue Ridge ginseng. I had a real fun time. I spent about 4 hours down there and talked with a lot of these Chinese herbalists and the only thing they talk about is getting an erection. That's it. That's all that matters.
You go to Taiwan and you go into the herb stores, and they have pornographic movies showing and then they have the case full of tiger penises. That's the main reason they are killing the tiger today is to get the penis because they believe it's a sexual stimulant.
BISER: So they are really tuned into what ginseng will do for you?
SCHULZE: Absolutely.
BISER: The Chinese don't talk about generalized stress reduction and all the garbage you see in the health books.
SCHULZE: They couldn't care less. They have it categorized in some cases, depending on which ones will make your penis harder.
Here is the formula I used with thousands of men in my clinic to restore their sex life. Your readers can make this themselves. If you are missing any of the ingredients, don't worry about it, as long as you have the good ginseng and damiana. I'll tell you how to get those later.
Dr. Schulze's Male Sexual Formula
Here is the full formula:
25% Panax Ginseng Root
15% Yohimbe bark
15% Damiana leaf
15% Siberian Ginseng Root
10% Sarsaparilla root
5% Saw Palmetto berry
5% Oat 'milky' seed, when it is green and immature.
5% Kola Nut
5% Ginger root.
Best results are obtained by taking the formula for three to four months. But many people out there get the change instantly. You take one to two dropperfuls, 3-4 times a day.
BISER: That means that men shouldn't take it just when they have an evening with their wife. That's not how to get the best benefit from it.
SCHULZE: No. It will work that way sometimes, but your chances of having an affect are much greater if you use one to two dropperfuls three times a day.
Now that's not to say that a lot of people experienced it much sooner, in fact a lot of people immediately, but with most things they are accumulative and when you stimulate those organs over and over again, they get stronger. It's kind of like going to the gym once, or going to the gym four times a week for three months. It has a much greater and cumulative affect.
BISER: So men are really, in effect, wasting it when they try it now and then for a special night.
SCHULZE: Yes, absolutely. It's something that you need to take three times a day every day seven days a week.
